What is your turn around time?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
What time do sessions take place?
All sessions are scheduled during golden hour/sunset. Please book with this in mind, and with the understanding that sunset occurs later in the evening during the summer months.
With the exception of studio and in-home sessions, which are scheduled earlier in the day.
Where do sessions take place?
I have a private location in Rustburg, where most of my sessions are held, but the option is yours! If you have a specific location in mind, I'm down for it.
How do I view my images after the session?
Your portraits will be delivered through a private online gallery, sent directly to the email address you provided during booking. From there, you’ll be able to view, select your images, and download with ease.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
Do you require a deposit?
I require a non refundable retainer to book. That amount is deducted from the total amount due and the remaining balance is collected on the day of your session. All regular session retainers are non-refundable but are transferable.
